the report:

Blustery conditions made for a very difficult first half for Kiltubrid. Gerry Gilmartin got the openig score of the game with a fine point. Taras then replied with 2 very creative goals. After 15 minutes Kiltubrid started to get into the game and notced up a few points. Conor Doherty registred Kiltubrids first ever International goal but Taras were always on top ending the half with a 6 point advantage. Kiltubrid started the second half with a flourish and used the wind to their advantage. The half time pep talk from an inspiring Pat McWeeny livened everyone up. Conor Doherty scored another fine goal and Kiltubrid proceeded to clock up more points. Tara's then came back into the game with some fine performances and this caused many problems for the Kilutbrid back line. Gerry Winters sustained a foot injury and was replaced by Ray Harris. In the last 15 minutes Kiltubrid ran out of wind and Tara's stormed through with some fine goals and points.
