Leitrim V Armagh
Unfortunately Leitrim had a bad result in Carrick on Saturday evening last against Armagh which unfortunately completes the championship for 2013 for Leitrim after a long year of training and effort by the team.
Sympathy
The club would like to extend its sincere sympathy to Mickey Clerkin on the sad passing of his mother Susan Clerkin Monaghan to Thomas Shanley on the death of his father James Shanley Aughnashellin and to Kathleen and Edmond Doyle and family on the very sudden and untimely death of their sister in law Margaret O Rourke. Our thoughts are with each of you at this sad time, may they rest in peace.

Birthdays
Celebrations were in full swing this week with many people celebrating birthdays, we would like to wish Cathal Harris many happy returns, he didnt give away how many candles were on the cake but we re guessing more than 21! Jenny Mc Kiernan celebrates her last birthday as a single gal so no doubt she will do this in style and also birthday wishes to Deirdre Scollans and Linda Mc Gowan. Kiltubrid Ladies
The ladies championship kicks off against Bornacoola on Sunday next in Fenagh at 12.30 we wish them the best of luck.

On Friday night last the Ard Na Speire Committee handed over a whopping €20,006 to Heart House at the Mater Foundation, congratulations to the committee members on a job very well done and to all who supported this very worthy charity.
