Kiltubrid's Got Talent
Kiltubrid GAAs first ever Talent Show kicks off on 12th March in Mc Keons Hillsbrook House Keshcarrigan. Music on the night is by John O Dowd. There is no admission so please come along and check out the outstanding line up of talent that we have in store for you! The two acts that gets the most votes on each night will go forward to a final for which there will be a substantial cash prize. Participants can take part in solo acts, families and groups can participate on more than one night if they fail to qualify initially. We look forward to your support on the night.
Cash for Clobber
Just to say a big thank you to all who filled bags of unwanted clothing/books on Saturday last, we had a great collection and all funds raised for the recycling of these items will go to the club.
Keep Gate Clear
Following the blockage at the game at the park last Saturday, players and supporters are asked to please keep the entrance gate to the park clear from parking at all times. This must be kept clear, god forbid an ambulance is ever needed to attend during a game or training.
Scor
Kiltubrid were represented well at Scor last Saturday night 6th March in Ballinamore. The novelty act and the ballad group did us all proud on the night but unfortunately they did not make it through to the Connacht Final. Thank you to everyone who gave up of their time to prepare so well for the event and also to everyone who helped out in anyway.
Community Games
Well done to Eadaoin Lee who got first prize in the County Final's Art Competition in the Under 8 category which was held in Drumshanbo on Friday last. Eadaoin will now compete in the National Community Games Finals in May in Athlone.
Fixture
Division 3 Kiltubrid V Ballinaglera on Friday 11th March at 8.30pm in Kiltubrid. Division 2 Bornacoola V Kiltubrid on Sunday 13th March at 1pm in Dromod.
