Championship
The Championship kicked off last Saturday evening last for us in Ballinamore when we took on Annaduff, but with a final score 1 - 5 to 0 -11 it wasnt to be our evening. We now play St Marys on Saturday evening next 4th August in Ballinamore at 6pm. Our Junior Championship kicks off this weekend when we play Mohill in Fenagh on Sunday next 5th August, please confirm the time in the fixtures list
We would like to encourage everyone in the parish to please take out your hats flags and headbands and anything else green and red you have and come along and support the lads. They and the management teams have all put in several months of hard training and we would like to get the whole parish to come and support them.
Stewards
Thanks to all our stewards for their dedication to detail thus ensuring all patrons and players cars were safely parked off the main road last Saturday evening in Kiltubrid for the game between Drumkeerin and Gortletteragh. Our club wish to thank those gave of their time on the evening. Thanks to all who cooperated with the stewards. Stewards are there for your ease of entry and egress and deserve the coutesy of all attending.
Pitch
We would like to remind ALL trainers that on Saturday morning the main pitch is reserved for the under 6 under 8 and under 10s coaching and should not be used by any other people for training at this time.
Jerseys
We are making an URGENT appeal to everyone to please have a look around for our missing jerseys, they are the NWTH Steel jerseys and the numbers that are missing are No 2, No 10, No 13, No 15, No 19 and No 21. These may even be lying around in somebodys car boot or wardrobe since the night of the Scary Football. These jerseys are URGENTLY needed for this weekends championship games, if anyone finds any please contact PJ Meehan or any club official asap, we would really appreciate your help with this.
